After 48 hours cyclone Nargis had devastated, an executive member of RAVEN BDC and a voluntary doctor went to cyclone affected townships in Yangon such as
Daw Pone, Tar Kay Ta, South Dagon , Dagon Myothit(North), Dagon Myothit(South). They then made discussions and requested for permission from local monks to provide medical aids and treatments to cyclone victims.
